Are you accepting new clients?

Yes, I'm currently accepting new clients. Feel free to reach out!

Do you take insurance?

Yes, I do accept insurance. I am in-network with Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, Oxford, Oscar Health, and BCBS of MA. Services are also available to those looking to engage in private-pay.

Do you do in-person sessions?

I offer only virtual therapy sessions via a HIPPA-Compliant Telehealth system. 

Do I need a computer for online therapy?

You can use a computer, tablet, or a smartphone for our online sessions. All you need is a quiet, private place where you can feel comfortable. 

How should I prepare for our first session?

Simply complete the paperwork as discussed during your consultation call. It's natural to feel anxious before your initial session, even if you've had therapy before. Rest assured, I'm committed to ensuring your comfort and fostering a safe environment. You'll never be pressured to divulge information you're not ready to share. 

Is there any cancellation fees?

The cancellation policy is 24 hours, so as long as you cancel 24 hours before our session, there is no fee. If you cancel within 24 hours, then a cancellation fee of $75 applies.
